Product Types and Applications
70°C Fire Damper: Primarily installed in the supply and return air ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems. It automatically closes when the gas temperature inside the duct reaches 70°C during a fire, preventing the spread of flames and smoke through the duct and containing the initial heat, smoke, and flames.
280°C Fire Damper: Typically installed in smoke exhaust system ducts. It automatically closes when the smoke temperature inside the exhaust duct reaches 280°C, preventing backflow of flames after high temperatures damage the exhaust equipment.
Smoke Exhaust Fire Damper: Combines smoke exhaust and fire protection functions. Installed in the ducts of smoke exhaust systems or at smoke exhaust outlets, it controls smoke emission during a fire and prevents the spread of flames through the exhaust ducts.
Product Features
Temperature-Triggered Closure: Utilizes the properties of fusible alloys or memory alloys to automatically close the damper when the smoke temperature inside the duct reaches the corresponding standard.
Electrical Signal Control: The fire control center can send a DC24V electrical signal to energize the electromagnet inside the damper, enabling closure.
Manual Control: The damper can be manually closed and reset, facilitating operation during routine maintenance or special circumstances.
Signal Feedback Function: After the damper closes or opens, it outputs a feedback signal, allowing the fire control center to monitor the damper’s status.
Excellent Sealing Performance: Low air leakage and high air tightness effectively prevent smoke leakage.
Superior Fire Resistance: Offers a certain fire resistance rating, typically 1.5 hours, meeting requirements for fire resistance stability and integrity within the specified time to prevent fire penetration at the damper’s location.
Product Structure
Valve Body: Includes the housing, flanges, blades, and blade linkage mechanism, serving to contain and support internal components and connect to the duct.
Actuator: Comprises the outer shell, blade adjustment mechanism, clutch, and thermal fuse. It controls the rotation of the blades through a fusible metal link and clutch mechanism to open or close the damper.
